helpful staff convenient location good selection
I found the staff cute and helpful. The location is very convenient to Festival City Mall. Breakfast had a good selection of options. The ballroom setup was professional, which impressed our clients during the iftar gathering. The food at the iftar was well-received.

a wonderful stay with fantastic mall access
convenient passageway delicious food helpful staff considerate care
the passageway directly connecting the hotel to carrefour and the festival mall was convenient , saving both time and transportation costs. the open buffet for all meals impressed me , as all their dishes were delicious and varied. chatu and dona, the staff members , were helpful and always cheerful. i greatly appreciated the fruit selection i received when i had to isolate in my room.

the staff were helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. i especially appreciated the attentiveness at the breakfast buffet, with many choices available. the hotel's direct connection to the shopping mall made access very convenient.
The room i was assigned had a view of the roof. I hoped for something a little more inspiring..

The breakfast service was excellent. I enjoyed the variety of fresh food available. The hotel connected directly to a shopping mall. This was very convenient for accessing various shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was helpful during check in.
The housekeeping services were not great, I requested extra water but did not receive it. There was barely any body wash in the bathroom. I had difficulty in contacting housekeeping because nobody picked up the phone.
